Shipsection Production Department  high assembly of the gantry crane -  July 2006

On the 11th of July 2006 we have begun the greatest operation connected with the erection of the new Shipsection Production Department of Stocznia WISŁA - the high assembly of the gantry crane.

Four mobile cranes have lifted the main girder of the gantry crane together with supports:  fixed and pivot to a height of over 30 meters, and after establishing of the correct geometry of the crane the assembly of elements stiffening the construction has begun.

In those works, which are planned to end tomorrow, another hired mobile crane of large lifting height is taking part, assisted by Stocznia WISŁA mobile cranes.
